- Returns will be accepted only with preauthorized return form (GLASI RA-01).
- We will gladly exchange merchandise within 15 days of purchase.
- Sales receipts must accompany all returns or exchanges.
- Tags must be attached to item.
- All sales final on anything marked closeout.
- All used surplus items sold as is.
- Boots that have been worn outside cannot be exchanged.
- Clothing that has been worn or laundered may not be exchanged.
- If defective, we will repair or replace at our discretion.
